These terms cover your use of Tricksy, a daily word puzzle. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the game. Questions go to support@tricksy.games.

The game

Tricksy is free to play. One new puzzle is released each day, rolling over at your local midnight. We may change, pause, or discontinue the game or any part of it at any time.

Your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Advertising

The game shows ads once you are past the tutorial. An optional rewarded ad can grant one extra guess on a puzzle; watching it is always your choice, and normal play never depends on ads. Advertising is covered in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The game, its name, its puzzles, and its artwork belong to us. You may play the game for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any puzzle, streak, or result will be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to use it, which for the free game is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top will change with them, and significant changes will be announced in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
